1970 Plymouth Hemi Cuda 426 CI Hemi V-8 engine

Description

426 CI Hemi V-8 engine
4-speed manual transmission
Pistol Grip shifter
Black exterior over Black interior
3-spoke Rim Blow Horn
Rallye instrument cluster
Chrysler Solid State AM Radio

15-inch Rallye wheels
Goodyear Polyglas GT tires
The Hemi was the final muscle-car engine available from Detroit with two 4-barrel carburetors, which were mounted atop an aluminum intake, hemispherical heads, the new-for-1970 hydraulic-cam setup and a cross-bolted bottom end. The black exterior over a black interior is accented only with parts that the premium Cuda order mandated—lower rocker moldings, road lamps, bumpers and hood pins. Even the chrome tips are tucked up in the rear valance. Inside one finds high-backed bucket seats, the Hurst Pistol Grip shifter, a 3-spoke rim-blow steering wheel, the Rallye instrument cluster with clock and tach, a Chrysler Solid State AM Radio, and tinted glass. The final touch was 15-inch Rallye wheels with Goodyear Polyglas GT tires. Provenance includes an ownership history with letters verifying the car’s low mileage and condition, the original window sticker, consumer information sheet, warranty card and factory keys, and an accompanying Chrysler Registry Report
