1967 Dodge Hemi Coronet W023 Correct 426 CI Hemi engine

Description

Correct 426 CI Hemi engine
Dual 4-barrel carburetors
Hooker headers
4.87 Sure Grip rear end
Built without sound insulation or body sealer, spare, jack, wipers and wipers
Front sway bar delete
Radio and heater delete
Black vinyl bench seat interior
Painted steel wheels
Goodyear bias ply tires
2,084 original miles
This featured the inline dual 4-barrel carburetors with the carb-to-hood sealing plate. A large, low-profile hood scoop was the only major exterior change to these vehicles, while the major engine differences included Hooker headers, which are powder coated with turndowns on this car, and factory relocation of the battery to the trunk. The A727 TorqueFlite transmission is backed by a 4.87:1 Sure Grip rear end. Because of weight-to-race-classification reasons, the cars received a black vinyl bench-seat interior instead of buckets, though a race-type seat belt has been installed here for safety. Also inside are the dash cluster showing the 2,084 original miles, a period-correct tachometer top-mounted to the dash, under-dash auxiliary gauges and spartan but excellent-condition trim and upholstery. This Dodge features correct trim outside—including the 426 Hemi emblems on the front quarter panels—and rides on the white-painted steel wheels (delivered without hubcaps) and Goodyear bias-ply tires.
