1964 Cadillac Coupe DeVille 429ci V8 engine

Description

A remanufactured 429ci V8 has since been installed and drives the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission. The car is finished in white over a red interior and features chrome detailing, diamond-pleated seating, power windows and door locks, and A/C.

The body is finished in white and features a chrome grille, bumpers, badging, and trim as well as tail fins with integrated brake lights and a power-retractable antenna. The seller notes evidence of rust repair in the doors and rear of the vehicle, and outlying corrosion and paint bubbling are noted around the C-pillar, trunk lid, and rear fins.

Factory 15? steel wheels feature ribbed chrome covers and are mounted with Goodyear Regatta 2 tires. Fender skirts are installed in the rear.

The interior is trimmed with ‪red diamond-pleated upholstery‬ and features matching floor mats, power windows and door locks, air conditioning, an analog clock, and lap belts for the front occupants. The package tray and kick panels have reportedly been refurbished, and the seller states that the passenger’s side rear window doesn’t fully retract. Other noted issues include an inoperable radio and driver’s door switch for the passenger-side window.

A two-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a horizontal-sweep 120-mph speedometer. The five-digit odometer shows just over 92k miles. True mileage is unknown.

A remanufactured replacement 429ci V8 was reportedly installed in the last year and sends power to the rear wheels via the three-speed automatic transmission.
