Under the hood now resides a new GM LS3 crate engine, which itself superseded the original small-block in terms of technology, durability and horsepower potential. The engine bay is detailed with polished accents and smoothed engine bay sheet metal. Here it is followed by the more modern 4L70E 4-speed automatic transmission featuring overdrive and an Art Morrison 9-inch differential hosting a Strange center section and 31-spline super street axles. Built on an Art Morrison TRI 5 GMax frame, the body is covered in Glasurit 55 line paint in gunmetal and charcoal tones. Braking comes via Wilwood disc calipers and drilled and slotted rotors. Once stepping inside, you are treated to an extensively customized leather interior by JK Automotive Designs in Stoneham, Massachusetts, fitted with mauve-tone upholstery, air conditioning, custom gauges in the dash, an underdash consolette with operations switches, power steering, power windows and a power convertible top, which complements the body in a light gray color. Even the trunk has been refitted for show-quality appearance, while exterior trim is primarily enhancements on the traditional cues.
